We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead teams based in the UK and internationally to deliver to company requirements. This role is onsite 5 days a week based in Staffordshire.

This role acts as a key bridge between engineering and technical documentation teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from engineers, translating them into clear documentation deliverables, and ensuring all outputs meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a globally distributed team of technical authors
• Act as the main point of contact between engineering teams and documentation
• Capture and interpret technical requirements from engineers
• Manage the delivery of documentation to agreed timelines
• Review and quality-check documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Maintain strong communication across teams and ensure alignment

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience as a project manager working with engineers and technical authors
• Experience working and managing international teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of technology systems and their application in industrial settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a focused environment
