We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Supervisor to join our fast-paced production team in our seasonal site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or team-leading experience who is ready to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to learn all aspects of production leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality standards. We will provide full training to help you fulfil your potential.
Dayshift: Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm
£14.84 per hour
This role is part of our Production Pathways Programme. You will start the Programme as a Level 1 trainee supervisor and through training and experience progress through Levels 2 and Level 3. This role is expected to begin in June 2026, aligned with the site\'s seasonal production plan.
