Job Title: Business Analyst - Investment Regulatory
About the Job
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong investment regulatory expertise, particularly PRIIPs and KIID, to support regulatory change and ongoing compliance initiatives within the investment products space.
Hybrid Working
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Interpret and analyse PRIIPs, KIID/KID and related regulations
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and functional requirements
- Work closely with Compliance, Product, Technology, and Operations teams
- Support regulatory change initiatives, including impact assessments and remediation
- Produce high-quality BA artefacts (BRDs, process flows, data mappings)
- Support UAT and delivery activities through to implementation
Your Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
- Hands-on knowledge of PRIIPs and KIID/KID disclosures
- Strong understanding of investment products (funds, ETFs, structured products)
- Experience working on regulatory change programme
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable (Not Mandatory)
- Asset or Wealth Management background
- Knowledge of MiFID II, SFDR, or broader EU/UK regulatory frameworks
- Experience with Agile delivery environments
