Central Administration Unit for Financial/Wealth Planning responsible for the processing of all business generated by client facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of new business and client servicing documentation by liaising with both the client facing teams and product providers.
- Providing annual and ad hoc valuations for our clients including any regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of all data on X Plan.
Core skills and knowledge
- Excellent telephone manner, listens actively and questions to clarify own understanding.
- Written communication grammatically correct, with good spelling and punctuation.
- Prioritises and makes effective use of time with good organisation skills.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning Products and Processes.
