Magpie (Hoarding Support) Caseworker

Full time 37 Hours per week

Fixed term till 31st March 2029

£30,650

Flexible/Hybrid working

Trivallis is recruiting a Magpie Caseworker to deliver specialist hoarding support across Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is a tenure-neutral service, supporting individuals regardless of who their landlord is — including social housing, private rented and owner-occupied homes. 

The Role

You’ll deliver therapeutic-informed, person-centred casework, working directly in people’s homes to assess risk, support behaviour change and improve safety, wellbeing and housing stability.

This role focuses on early intervention, empowerment and risk reduction — not property clearance. 

About You

We’re looking for someone with experience of complex casework, strong safeguarding and engagement skills, and confidence working autonomously in challenging environments.  Reporting in to the Magpie Coordinator, you will:
