The role: Senior Product Manager (Growth)

The location: Remote‑first (UK)

The salary: £75,000–£110,000

The business: B2C subscription mobile app (consumer health / lifestyle)

Senior Product Manager required by a small, remote‑first, high‑growth B2C mobile app business. This is a senior IC role, not a management one. You’ll be an early PM, partnering closely with the CPO, senior product designer and engineers, owning both core product and growth end‑to‑end. This role is very hands‑on - shaping bets, running experiments, shipping outcomes and iterating based on what actually moves the needle.

You’ll need…

⭐ Several years’ experience as a PM on a B2C subscription mobile app (non‑negotiable)

⭐ Deep understanding of the subscription lifecycle: onboarding, activation, conversion, retention and churn

⭐ Strong growth and experimentation experience - owning metrics, running tests, iterating based on outcomes.

⭐ Experience using AI tools to research, prototype, experiment and ship faster
