Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel (2+ PQE) to join a growing, international investment platform, supporting operations across Europe and the US.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role offers broad exposure to corporate, commercial, and strategic legal matters within a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

\n\t
• Acting as a key point of contact for legal queries across the business Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements Supporting new business initiatives, product development, and transactional activity Advising on governance, regulatory, and compliance matters (including data protection and ESG) Maintaining legal templates, policies, and internal processes Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions Managing external counsel and supporting legal innovation projects

About You:

• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE Background in corporate, M&A, or commercial law Experience in private practice or in-house within financial services / investment environments Strong technical skills, combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and with senior stakeholders
