\nYou’ll join a collaborative Residential and Commercial Property team that combines quality work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture. The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious property matters, primarily residential, with scope to take on commercial work if desired. This role is more suited to a junior Solicitor who is looking to join a firm that is focussed on development and support. The firm has an incredibly high retention rate so this is really somewhere to climb ranks and make a name for yourself.

\nThis position is based in the firm’s London office, with hybrid working and ongoing opportunities for training and career progression.

\nKey Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
\n\t
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and a trusted referral network
\n\t
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
\n\t
• Support, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members
\n\t
• Work efficiently within a case management system, meeting agreed targets
\n

About You

\n\n

\n\t
• Strong residential property experience
\n\t
• Experience of commercial property work (advantageous but not essential)
\n\t
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\t
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
\n\t
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
\n\t
• Confident in managing competing priorities and deadlines
\n\t
• IT-literate and comfortable working with case management systems
\n
