Summary

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a key operational role at a busy and unique site. You'll play an important part in coordinating bookings, supporting the wider team, and helping ensure visitors have a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Contract: 3 month Fixed term contract

Hours/ working pattern: Seasonal, flexible, weekends. This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can't guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We'll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekends and Bank Holidays but does not require evening or split shifts.

What you'll be doing

You'll support the day-to-day running of a busy booking office on a 3-month contract. This includes handling customer enquiries, processing bookings, and sending confirmations accurately and efficiently.

You'll communicate regularly with customers, on-site teams, and travel trade partners, ensuring all information is clear and up to date. Delivering excellent customer service across calls and emails will be a key part of the role, alongside maintaining records, using booking systems, and supporting general administration.

You'll also contribute to sales by promoting sites and identifying upselling opportunities, while assisting with reporting, forecasting, and ensuring all work is completed in line with procedures.
