Salary: £30,000 £34,000 per year

Shift pattern:
3 x 12-hour shifts per week
or
1 x 24-hour shift + 1 x 12-hour shift (sleep-in included and paid)

The role:
Youll be working directly with young people, supporting their emotional, social and day-to-day needs. The focus is on creating a safe, stable and positive home environment where young people feel supported and encouraged to thrive.

The requirements:
Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience in childrens residential care
A calm, caring and professional approach
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with young people
