Wellsway School and IKB Academy are seeking a motivated HLTA to join our Inclusion Team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver literacy interventions to our weakest readers and contribute to the overall progress of our students. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. • Brings energy and creativity to their work

• Has experience in delivering high quality literacy interventions

• Has an understanding of SEN and is committed to ensure every student can flourish
