We are recruiting Sports Professionals to transition into Classroom & Pastoral Lead roles within Preston's secondary schools. This is your opportunity to take the leadership, discipline, and motivational skills you've honed on the field and apply them to the classroom.

The Role: Leading in a New Arena

In Preston schools, we need role models who can command a room and connect with students aged 11-16. Your sports background makes you an ideal candidate for:

• Classroom Management: Taking the lead in various subjects, ensuring students stay focused, respectful, and productive.
• Pastoral Mentorship: Using your coaching experience to support students with social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
• Behaviour Coordination: Implementing firm boundaries and positive reinforcement to maintain a calm and safe learning environment.
• Physical Education Support: Assisting with PE departments, extra-curricular sports, and inter-school competitions.
