Year 1 Teacher - Maternity Cover (May-July)

Primary School | Dartford Start date: 18 May | Contract: Until end of academic year (Term 6)

We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Dartford from 18th May, covering a maternity leave through to the end of the academic year.

• Year group: Year 1
• Pupil numbers: 30
• Class profile:
  • 27% EAL
  • 20% SEN
• Support: Two highly experienced, full-time Teaching Assistants in the classroom
• Responsibilities: Full classroom responsibilities, including planning, teaching, assessment, and reporting
• Parking: On-site parking available

This role would suit a teacher who is confident delivering the Year 1 curriculum and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team. xwzovoh The school has already appointed a teacher for the September-February period of the maternity cover; however, they are unable to start earlier, creating this exciting short-term opportunity.
