Day-to-day of the role:
- Support learning within the classroom across the primary age range.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce core subjects.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Support pupils during lunchtimes, playtimes, and school activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a primary setting is desirable.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
