ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a dynamic, field-based operational management role suited for a highly organized and resilient individual. Package: £32,000 - £35,000 + Company Car

REPORTING STRUCTURE

• Reports to: Senior Area Operations Manager
• Indirectly reports to: Operations Director
• Covering sites across Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Staffordshire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management – Promptly and professionally handle client concerns.

Team Leadership – Recruit, support, and develop cleaning operatives.

Performance Management – Address underperformance in line with company policies.

HR & Compliance – Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.

On-Site Presence – Maintain a strong, visible presence across client sites.

Operations Oversight – Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.

Budget Management – Ensure monthly site budgets are met.

Supplies & Logistics – Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
