Hybrid 3 days onsite in London

We’re partnering with a global technology organisation looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers and strategic partners across complex web-based implementations and technical integrations. This is a customer-facing technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving implementation challenges, troubleshooting web technologies, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting partner and customer implementations
• Troubleshooting technical and integration issues
• Working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies
• Investigating and resolving escalations
• Collaborating with product, engineering and external stakeholders
• Improving repeatable processes and technical solutions
• Providing technical guidance throughout delivery lifecycles

Key requirements:

• Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging experience
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and browser/web technologies
• Experience supporting integrations, implementations or technical onboarding projects
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
