What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be trained from day one by experienced consultants and leadership, learning how to:

• Build relationships with senior finance professionals and clients
• Manage recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
• Headhunt and identify top talent in specialist markets
• Speak with candidates about career moves, salaries, and opportunities
• Work directly with hiring leaders across the UK and US
• Develop business development and commercial sales skills
• Learn how to negotiate, influence, and manage high-value conversations
• Build your own market and personal brand over time
