What You Bring
- 6+ years' PQE in clinical negligence, with strong experience across a range of serious injury claims (birth, brain, spinal, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, fatal accidents)
- A thorough understanding of medical evidence, expert witnesses, and the procedural nuances of clinical negligence litigation
- The ability to manage a substantial and sensitive caseload independently, while knowing when to seek input from more senior colleagues
- A calm, compassionate, and professional manner, you can give difficult advice clearly, and you can support clients through lengthy, uncertain processes
- Ambition to develop your technical reputation and, over time, contribute to the team's growth and mentoring of junior lawyers
