Robert Half is partnering with a fast-growing luxury women’s fashion brand based in West London, known for its beautifully crafted products, highly engaged customer base and exceptional standards of service.
As the brand continues to scale internationally, they are looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day customer enquiries and help deliver a premium, thoughtful experience at every touchpoint.
This is a newly created role and a genuinely important hire for the business.
The Role
Reporting into the E-commerce Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries from first question through to post-purchase support.
The focus is on quality over volume – considered responses, strong judgement and a calm, solutions-led approach.
This role is part-time (30 hours per week) with flexibility on how those hours are worked, making it ideal for someone juggling school drop-offs / pick-ups or looking for balance, while still being deeply involved in a growing brand.
There is clear scope for the role to grow as the business scales, with potential to become full-time in the future.
