Director of Communications & PR

Company: The Dorchester

Location: London

Posted: May 10th, 2026

Join us as a Director of Communications & PR at The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park. The Dorchester has been recognised as one of ‘The Sunday Times Top 10 Best Places to Work for’ in 2024 & 2025 and ‘Hotel of the year – London’ at the 2024 AA Hospitality Awards. We continually strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is part of our DNA, reflected in our values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity. We believe that a variety of perspectives enriches our culture and drives our success.

As Director of Communications and PR, you will define and protect the public voice of these three hotels, while helping to strengthen their place within the wider Dorchester Collection story. You will guide how they are seen, understood and remembered through the careful orchestration of narrative, partnerships and presence at the highest level. This is a role for someone with judgement, taste and conviction. Someone who understands the nuance of luxury, and who can move seamlessly between strategy and instinct.

To step into this role is to take on a position of real influence. One that carries both responsibility and opportunity in equal measure. The chance to shape perception, to elevate presence, and to contribute to a legacy that continues to define the very best of our industry.
