As Director of Communications and PR, you will define and protect the public voice of these three hotels, while helping to strengthen their place within the wider Dorchester Collection story. You will guide how they are seen, understood and remembered through the careful orchestration of narrative, partnerships and presence at the highest level. This is a role for someone with judgement, taste and conviction. Someone who understands the nuance of luxury, and who can move seamlessly between strategy and instinct.

As a Director of Communications & PR, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- As Director of Communications and PR, you are the guardian of reputation and the architect of narrative across The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park. You shape how each property is understood in the world and your role is to ensure that every expression reflects the individuality of each hotel, while reinforcing their collective standing within Dorchester Collection.
- You act as both a strategist and brand storyteller, define and lead communications strategies that resonate with a global, highly discerning audience. You bring clarity and direction to how stories are told, ensuring they remain culturally relevant, distinctive and true to the character of each property. This role demands a sophisticated understanding of luxury media landscapes, influencer relations, and brand collaborations, with the ability to navigate reputational challenges with grace and precision
- You will work in close partnership with the Director of Marketing & Digital and the Global Communications team, you ensure a cohesive and forward-thinking approach across all channels. From media relations and social presence to partnerships and reputation management, you set the direction with consistency and intent.
- You’ll be a trusted voice within the business and beyond it, you also serve as a spokesperson and ambassador for the UK hotels. At the same time, you lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability and excellence

What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- A strong and established network across international media, with the credibility to influence leading voices within the luxury landscape.
- A proven track record of shaping and delivering high-impact communications strategies and campaigns at a global level.
- Exceptional editorial judgement, with the ability to craft and refine narratives that resonate with a highly discerning audience.
- A deep understanding of the luxury sector, with instinctive awareness of cultural relevance and tone.
- Confidence in managing reputation at the highest level, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and clarity.
- Experience leading social media and content direction for premium brands, with a clear sense of how to build presence and distinction across platforms.
- Natural presence and credibility as a communicator, able to represent the hotels with confidence and build trusted relationships across stakeholders.
- A collaborative and considered leadership style, with a commitment to developing people and fostering a culture of excellence
