A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked disputes practice is looking to appoint a junior Construction Disputes Solicitor into its growing contentious construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at NQ–3 PQE level looking to deepen their experience within contentious construction while working closely alongside experienced litigators on high-quality developer, contractor and commercial client matters.
The firm has an established reputation across dispute resolution and real estate, with a particularly strong pipeline of construction disputes work involving developers, contractors, subcontractors and commercial clients across a broad range of sectors.
The Opportunity
You will work on a varied caseload of contentious construction matters, including:
The role offers exposure across the full lifecycle of disputes, while also giving you the opportunity to advise clients proactively on live project issues, helping them manage commercial and legal risk before disputes escalate.
You will work closely with senior lawyers within a collaborative and commercially focused team, gaining strong technical exposure while developing confidence in handling increasingly complex matters.
The team is particularly well suited to junior lawyers looking for genuine hands-on training and development. Associates are given early responsibility, direct client exposure and close partner access, allowing for accelerated progression and practical learning from day one rather than operating in a heavily siloed structure.
This is a particularly good opportunity for someone looking to move into a team where they can gain meaningful responsibility, strong mentoring and a clear long-term progression pathway within a supportive environment.
The Candidate
Suitable candidates are likely to:

The firm offers:
This opportunity would suit someone looking to build a long-term career within a respected disputes practice offering quality work, visibility and realistic progression.
