We are excited to be partnering with a PE fund with a strong track record of backing ambitious and scaling businesses. The firm operates in the lower mid-market and has built a diverse portfolio through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Following continued fund performance and deployment, our client is looking to hire an Investment Manager to support both new deal activity and ongoing portfolio management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative investment team at a key stage of growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the investment lifecycle, supporting transaction execution while also partnering with portfolio companies to drive value creation. We’re looking for an individual with a strong transaction services background who is keen to transition into an in-house investor role.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

• Support the execution of new investments including financial due diligence, modelling and deal structuring
• Work alongside deal leads throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Partner with portfolio companies to monitor performance and support strategic initiatives
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify value creation opportunities
• Assist with board reporting and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to exit processes including vendor due diligence and buyer interaction
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams across multiple workstreams

Essential background:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Currently operating at Manager or Associate Director level within a Transaction Services team
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capability
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in investing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
