Henrok provides executive and non-executive search solutions to a diverse client base. We operate at board and executive committee level.

We are ambitious on behalf of our clients, who range from global corporates to family offices and private equity firms, as well as earlier stage, high-growth businesses.

We are now looking to hire an Associate and Senior Associate to join our growing team in London.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish. Working closely with our Consultants and Partners, you will undertake research through targeted mapping and sourcing, bringing authenticity, personality and discretion to your engagement with candidates and clients.

Rigorous, creative, and insight-driven, you will maintain accurate, real-time intelligence on candidates and industry trends and be comfortable working on highly confidential, time-sensitive processes.

As you progress, you will take increasing ownership of the research strategy, candidate assessment and client engagement, becoming a trusted partner in both search execution and business development.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative, with strong communication skills, a high bar of quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and candidates.
