We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in St Paul's Central London. We are looking for an outstanding manager.

This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.

The Role...

• Proactive Approach – Take initiative to improve club operations and member satisfaction
• Sales & Retention – Drive membership growth and retention efforts including a presale phase, focusing on community building and corporate memberships in the local area
• Community Events – Organize local events to engage members and attract new clients.
• Local Business Outreach – Build partnerships with local businesses.
• Corporate Wellness Programme delivery - Build database of corporates offering corporate wellness programmes with PTs and group membership packages.

The Person...

Ideally coming from a background from a premium fitness setting with a strong focus on service and member experience. You’ll bring proven expertise in both sales and operations, with a particular strength in corporate sales and local business engagement.

We're also looking for someone who excels at building community, is confident engaging with people on the ground, and has experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
