About the Role
As a General Manager, you will:
- Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Manage budgets, deliver KPIs, meet and exceed NPS targets
- Demonstrate and be a role model of our incredible Rockfish culture
- Mentor and support the team in their training and career development
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
