The Head of Engineering will provide effective, visible and inspirational leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Group and be accountable for the Engineering capability of the business. They will create, lead and execute the Eliquo Hydrok Engineering strategy that enables sustainable business growth. Be a champion of health, safety and continuous improvement across the business. Ensuring that all outputs from Engineering meet the specified HSEQ requirements, are on time and at the agreed cost. They will ensure the effective governance, planning, resourcing and quality of all Engineering activities. While inspiring and developing a high performing team within Engineering.

The role holder must be capable of working effectively in a variety of locations. We are searching for candidates based in the Midlands or South West to be close to our offices in Wolverhampton or Indian Queens. Regular time will be spent at our HQ in Indian Queens, Cornwall (approximately 50% of your time).

Expect to travel across the UK and Ireland for meetings with customers, suppliers, colleagues and third parties as required. Site visits to water treatment works and other similar locations will also be required. Occasional international travel may also be required.

This is a hybrid role, and we have office and meeting space available in Indian Queens, Wolverhampton and Wombwell for use as and when needed.
