Property Damage Solicitor – Associate

Birmingham | Hybrid Working | £40,000–£60,000 DOE + Benefits | 1+ PQE

A leading national insurance litigation firm is seeking a Property Damage Solicitor to join its expanding Birmingham-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise within a highly regarded property damage and commercial insurance practice.

Caseload & Responsibilities

You will handle a varied caseload of property damage and insurance-related disputes, including:

• Property damage claims arising from fire, flood, construction and subsidence
• Subrogated recovery actions and coverage disputes
• Liability defence and broader insurance litigation matters

Depending on experience, you will manage your own caseload or work alongside senior practitioners on more complex, high-value claims.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to client development initiatives and support junior colleagues as the team continues to grow.

Applicant Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate at least 1 PQE.

We invite applications from Solicitors with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE and experience in property damage, subrogated recovery, insurance litigation or commercial disputes. Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Strong drafting and analytical ability
• Effective client communication skills
• A commercially focused and collaborative approach
