Breast Imaging Clinical Lead Radiographer

The Dorset Breast Screening Unit (DBSU) at the University Hospital Dorset Trust screens approximately 43,000 women per year as part of the National Health Service Breast Screening Programme. The Trust also provides symptomatic services at Poole and at the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital. The unit is fully digital with eight mammography units (three mobile) and four tomosynthesis units.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Director and the Breast Services Manager in running day‑to‑day operations of the screening and symptomatic services.

Qualifications

• HCPC Registration required.
