Job Summary
The Digital Retail Sales Advisor, under the direction of management, will manage online customer interactions, ensure seamless digital processes, and contribute to overall sales performance by handling lead overflow and monitoring critical sales data.
Job Duties
- Digital Lead Management
- Manage and oversee 180+ day buckets and overflow from Digital Salespeople.
- Address lead overflow of 150+ leads (2 Digital Salespeople) or 225+ leads (3 Digital Salespeople), ensuring prompt and professional follow-up.
- Direct any appointments from leads taken to Non-Digital Salespeople as per standard procedure.
- Call Monitoring and Logging
- Listen to all phone bucket recordings to ensure calls are appropriately logged and categorized.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- BDC Reporting
- Responsible for generating and maintaining all Digital BDC reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Track and report lead conversion rates, appointment show rates, and overall digital engagement.
- Customer Engagement
- Respond to online inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the digital retail process.
- Guide customers through online vehicle selection, financing options, and trade‑in evaluations.
- Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with Sales Managers to align digital processes with overall dealership goals.
Expectations
- Wears proper professional attire as per Company Dress Code Policy.
- Achieves monthly and annual goals and objectives for sales and gross.
- Participates in all manufacturer and dealership‑initiated training.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect new and pre‑owned vehicle sales.
- Adheres to work schedules as defined by dealership management and ensures full attendance at work.
- Reads, understands and follows all dealership policies and procedures.
- Keeps self informed about incoming inventory, current advertising efforts, including special sales.
- Attends meetings as required.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of Sales Dealership processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated and proven Business Acumen in keeping with dealership strategy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the Organization.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications.
- OMVIC License.
