Founding Backend Engineer

I’m working with an early-stage AI company building infrastructure for the property industry.

They’ve gone from 0 - 300+ estate agency branches in under 4 months, with real usage, real revenue, and no paid ads. They’re now hiring a Founding Backend Engineer to help scale their core platform and shape the next stage of the product.

You’ll work on a conversational AI platform turning every customer interaction into structured property data (buyer intent, pricing signals, demand trends) in real time. An AI system for developers and investors to manage and analyse property deal flow.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Scalable APIs & data systems
• Direct work with founders on product direction
• Fast, high-ownership shipping
• 4+ years backend experience
• Proven ability to build and ship products with a track record of doing so
• Builder mindset (side projects / GitHub)
