Primary Leadership Role - Primary Education Development Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and highly credible leader to work at senior trust level within the Finham Park Multi Academy Trust, leading primary school improvement across our growing family of schools.

The Role

• Lead and implement the Trust’s primary improvement strategy.
• Drive consistently high‑quality teaching, curriculum design and inclusive practice across all primary schools.
• Strengthen Ofsted readiness and support schools before, during and after inspection.
• Build leadership and teaching capacity through coaching, professional development and collaborative working.
• Model excellent practice through strategic school‑based deployment.
• Contribute to wider trust priorities, including SEND and inclusion.

This is a senior system‑leadership role requiring credibility, resilience and the ability to influence, challenge and support leaders across multiple schools.

• Outstanding primary practitioner and leader with a strong track record of impact.
• Experienced in leading whole‑school or multi‑school improvement.
• Confident working with Headteachers and senior leaders to drive change at pace.
• Deeply committed to inclusive, evidence‑informed practice and continuous improvement.
• Ambitious, solutions‑focused and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine difference at scale.
