This is an important role within a growing practice that is undergoing considerable change, making this a genuinely exciting time to join us. In this role, you will work autonomously, using advanced clinical expertise to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centric care. You’ll support the delivery of safe, effective services while playing an important role in strengthening our nursing and HCA teams through leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight. You’ll also help shape our future: we are preparing for a major site renovation, offering an opportunity to be part of a transformational period for the practice. IC24 is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our Primary Care team. You will work autonomously, deliver high‑quality care, support safe services, and strengthen our nursing and HCA teams through leadership and mentorship. This role involves acting as an Independent Prescriber, leading nursing and HCA teams, contributing to clinical outcomes through audit, governance, and service improvement, and focusing on Long‑Term Conditions and Women’s Health. Essential qualifications include being a registered healthcare professional with a Masters‑level qualification and significant autonomous practice experience in primary care.
