Footasylum is a leading UK-based retailer specialising in streetwear and sportswear, committed to delivering innovative and trend-setting products to our customers, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the well-established Marketing team at Footasylum. This brand new role offers the opportunity to oversee brand marketing across 50+ third‑party brands and 10 Footasylum own brands. You will manage a high-functioning and talented team of three, reporting directly into the Head of Marketing.
The role is vital internally and externally, being the face of Footasylum marketing with all brand partners and driving success and expansion of own brands across UK and International markets. You will oversee strategy, 7‑figure budgets and team management while also managing your own brands and campaigns in partnership with brands such as Nike, adidas, New Balance and more.
We are looking for someone who embodies the Footasylum values – Community, Collaborate and Challenge. You will be an expert in UK culture and a brand fanatic. You will be confident, have strong stakeholder management skills, be passionate, and have the drive to learn every day. You will be organised and able to manage multiple projects at once. You will have knowledge of the current Footasylum consumer with trends, cultural moments, and social media.
We value you and your development. Our people across the business have taken on new opportunities, whether that is stepping into a new role, moving into a different department, or building new skills through the support and training we offer. We aim to create a fun, supportive environment where your success matters just as much as ours, and where you have the tools, encouragement, and opportunities to achieve your goals.
We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help ensure we have diverse perspectives when building services for customers and the wider business. Diversity also supports building happy, energized teams full of people who want to learn and be inspired by each other's different backgrounds and experiences.
