This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract for Seasonal Temps.

Responsibilities

• Join area‑based teams responsible for street cleansing and grounds maintenance throughout the Borough.
• Work outdoors in all weathers.
• Interact with the public and maintain working relationships.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Experience working with the public and dealing effectively with people.
• Basic horticultural/cleansing knowledge desirable.
• Previous street care or grounds maintenance experience is a distinct advantage.
• Basic knowledge of operating small plant equipment desirable.

Additional Information

• Posts based at the Cupid Green Depot, Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead.
• 6‑month period only.
