Operational & Strategic Site Leadership

This is a high-impact leadership position combining:
- Strategic leadership – contributing to whole-school improvement and vision
- Operational excellence – leading the day-to-day running of a school site
- People leadership – developing staff and building strong professional culture
You will take responsibility for the leadership of either our Infant or Junior site, ensuring that:
- The school runs smoothly, safely and effectively every day
- Staff are supported, challenged and developed
- Pupils experience a calm, purposeful and ambitious environment
What You Will Lead
- Create a safe, inclusive and respectful environment
- Model high expectations for behaviour, attendance and conduct
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching
- Support staff to implement agreed curriculum approaches
- Contribute strategically to improving outcomes for all pupils
- Lead the day-to-day operation of your school site
- Oversee staffing, systems, safeguarding and compliance
- Ensure excellence in routines, transitions and school organisation
- Contribute to the School Improvement Plan and self-evaluation
- Lead key improvement priorities or projects
- Play a central role within a committed and driven SLT
