Job Title: Customer Service Steward (Events & Visitor Services)

Overview
Our client is seeking Customer Service Stewards to join a dynamic Visitor Services team within a prestigious, high-profile venue. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in fast-paced, event-driven environments.
As a key front-of-house representative, you will play an important role in ensuring visitors enjoy safe, memorable experiences across a diverse programme of events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to a wide range of visitors
- Act as an ambassador for the venue, providing information and support
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of visitors at all times
- Assist with crowd management and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Support operations across multiple areas of the venue, both indoors and outdoors
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and proactive presence
- Contribute to a positive visitor experience during a variety of events
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, proactive, and confident approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Willingness to undertake physically active duties (e.g. standing for long periods, climbing stairs)
- Flexibility to work required shifts based on contract type
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or events (not essential)
