Are you ready to use your administration skills to make a real difference for rangatahi in Aotearoa? Join our team at Te Puna Wai, a Youth Justice residence where your work will directly support better outcomes for young people.
As a Residential Administrator, you'll be a key part of our multidisciplinary team, providing a wide range of administrative services that keep our residence running smoothly. No two days are the same — from reception duties to payroll support, your work will help create a safe, supportive environment for rangatahi.
We're keen to hear from people who are organised, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference. You don't need to tick every box — we value potential and a positive attitude.
Te Puna Wai is one of five Youth Justice residences across Aotearoa, operating 24/7 to support rangatahi aged 13‑19 who have been charged with or convicted of an offence. Our vision is to provide a culturally focused, therapeutic, and restorative environment where rangatahi can reconnect with their whānau, hapū, iwi, and culture — and build the skills to thrive. We focus on positive change through education, vocational training, and therapeutic and cultural programmes grounded in Te Ao Māori.
