Responsibilities
- Have high standards and take pride in their work
- Ensure the site is maintained and cleaned to an excellent standard
- Identify and prioritise own workload
- Have proven DIY and repair skills so maintenance tasks can be undertaken
- Carry out janitorial services, including cleaning
- Engage and manage external contractors
- Understand Health and Safety regulations and work within them
- Commit to training and professional development
