TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in South Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor. The school has a warm and inclusive ethos, with a strong focus on supporting pupils both academically and socially within a safe and engaging environment.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor on a short-term or long-term basis with an immediate start available. The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunch breaks, promoting positive behaviour, ensuring children s safety, and supporting pupils both inside the dining hall and outdoors during playtime.

The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with children within a school or childcare setting
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A caring and patient approach
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
