Train to be a Behaviour Mentor or SEND Teaching Assistant on our Special Needs Programme!

Are you a graduate or experienced support worker looking to build a career in education?

We are partnering with Creative Education to offer a structured SEND Training Programme, providing in-depth support, specialist mentoring and a recognised qualification while you gain hands-on experience in schools across Sussex.

Following an initial consultation with one of our Specialist SEND Consultants, you’ll be matched with a partner school aligned to your interests — whether that’s Complex Needs, SEMH, Autism, Speech & Language or Profound Learning Difficulties.

Our SEND team works with a large number of the SEND schools across Sussex and so to ensure you receive the best and most extensive training possible, you will be expected to travel a reasonable distance within your local radius. This will be covered within your initial consultation call to work out what this radius would be.

The ideal candidates will be available full-time, ready to start ASAP and passionate about supporting children with SEND needs. There are also more permanent roles available for those who would like to go down this route.
