Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? We are recruiting permanent support staff to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school catering for pupils aged 2–19 yearswith a wide range of learning difficulties.

? The Role

• Provide 1:1 and group support to students across the school
• Assist with learning, development, and emotional regulation
• Support students with daily routines, including personal care where required
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in care, support work, or SEN/SEMH settings is highly desirable
• Individuals with personal experience of SEN (e.g. family) are encouraged to apply
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
