The Role

You’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and strategic land. The role offers real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to play a key part in shaping developments from early strategy through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to decision
• Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
• Preparing high-quality reports, statements, and submissions
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
• Supporting junior team members (Senior Planner level)

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
• Experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and process
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
