High Yield/Distressed Credit Sales - London

We are advising a leading global sales and trading platform as it expands it continues to expand European franchise. The desk is part of a major international credit group with a strong footprint across Europe and North America, benefiting from an integrated model alongside M&A, capital markets, and private funds advisory.

The successful candidate will join a high-performing sales and trading team, supporting the distribution of leveraged credit products and the growth of the firm’s institutional footprint.

Core Responsibilities

• Distributing high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and distressed credit.
• Work closely with senior sales, trading, and research teams to facilitate seamless trade execution and provide market insights to clients.
• Help manage and maintain relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, real money, and special situations funds.
• Support desk strategy through market research, idea generation, and preparing materials for client engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Associate level with a background in credit sales, trading, or leveraged finance.
• Strong technical understanding of credit markets, specifically bonds and loans.
• Highly analytical with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment.
• Proactive approach to client service and strong commercial intuition.
