Grade: Experienced Manager, Associate Director, or Director working for a consultancy in London

Core Skills:

• Assessing and documenting current-state finance processes
• Designing future-state finance operating models
• Ability to size a finance function and estimate costs with minimal information
• Estimating finance overheads and systems costs

Experience with:

• Sell-side separation planning
• Finance function integrations
• Cost-out or finance transformation in a M&A deal context
