Commercial Property Lawyer – Somerset – Flexible Working – Competitive Salary

Venn Group is working in partnership with a well-regarded law firm in Somerset to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their expanding team.

This opportunity would suit a qualified Solicitor with experience across a broad range of commercial property matters who is looking to take the next step within a supportive and ambitious firm. The successful candidate will manage an established caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role

• Handling a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters
• Managing client relationships and delivering high levels of client service
• Supporting the ongoing development and expansion of the team
• Contributing to business development initiatives and networking activities

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3–10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Applications are also welcomed from candidates with relevant pre-qualification experience or more senior profiles
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently
• Commercial awareness with an interest in developing client relationships
