We are seeking a candidate with practical expertise in property law who can demonstrate a strong track record of handling property-related work from start to finish. Experience in Commercial Property and/or Agricultural Property is highly desirable, alongside a solid background in Conveyancing.


The successful applicant will be comfortable managing their own workload, working accurately under pressure, and delivering high-quality service to clients. You will have a thorough understanding of relevant legal processes, documentation, and compliance requirements, and be confident liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to progress matters efficiently.


This role demands excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. A proactive, client-focused approach is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Property Paralegal, you will be expected to have a solid grounding in both commercial and residential property transactions. Experience of residential conveyancing as well as commercial property and small business transactions is essential along with purchase/sale transaction and leases. In addition to handling your own case load of files you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team and to aid in business development.
