Hunter Dunning is working with a growing architectural practice on a Building Regulations Principal Designer - CDM/ Health & Safety job in Reigate, Surrey. This role supports high-risk commercial and residential projects, managing compliance, pre-construction health and safety responsibilities, and design coordination across project teams.

Your Experience

• ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience

• Experience on high-risk building projects

• Strong construction health and safety knowledge

• Ability to review design risk assessments

• AutoCAD or Revit experience preferred
