Social Media Analyst

Insight Global is searching for a Social Media Analyst to join there team! You will be brought on to support a program that that will help identify, monitor, escalate, and report on emerging trends identified via social media.

This will be a 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35), with the potential to extend. This role will Saturday to Wednesday schedule. You will be expected to work remotely.

Targeted Skillsets:

1. Experience working in social media analysis for global brands.
2. Social listening experience.
3. Expert level knowledge of Brandwatch and Sprinklr.
4. Expert level knowledge of how to leverage Boolean in various tools.
5. Strong analytical skills; has to clearly communicate data to a non-technical audience.
6. Experience in any form of automation.
