Graduate Associate Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns: Support and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Sales Team Development: Learn how to manage and develop a sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Business Development: Assist in identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and leadership through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates (or equivalent experience)
• A genuine interest in marketing, sales, and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Driven, proactive individuals with a focus on results

No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
