This leading law firm is seeking ambitious Catastrophic Injury Solicitors to join their expanding specialist complex injury team handling serious and life-changing injury claims. Opportunities are available at Associate and Senior Associate level, with some of the roles part of the firm’s overall strategy of succession planning.

All these roles offer the chance to focus on technically challenging, high-value litigation alongside highly regarded Partners and recognised specialists in the field. They also offer flexible and remote working options.

Succession planning opportunities

Crucially some of these roles (typically 4 PQE +) form part of the firm’s strategy of succession planning. These roles, in particular offer fantastic pathways to Senior Associate, Legal Director and beyond.

Mix of top quality RTA and EL/PL work

You will join established catastrophic injury teams advising on complex, multi-track personal injury matters including:

• High-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
• Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) litigation
• Brain injury, spinal injury and life-changing injury claims
• Fatal accident and dependency claims
• Complex liability disputes and strategic litigation
• Cases involving substantial quantum, often reaching seven figures

You will benefit from direct Partner exposure, hands-on responsibility and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a highly regarded serious injury practice.

Candidates with proven experience

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with experience in personal injury litigation, with exposure to catastrophic or serious injury work. Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Experience handling RTA, EL/PL or serious injury claims
• Exposure to litigated multi-track files
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• A genuine interest in catastrophic injury and complex litigation
• Ambition to progress within a specialist serious injury team
